DANCE PORTRAIT INFORMATION
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ORDERS:
A separate order envelope is required for each individual costume.
One payment for dancer’s full order is acceptable.
In order to avoid any confusion, a separate order form is required for each
costume you would like a portrait of.
A Portrait Package must be purchased for each individual costume.
Packages are not split between two costumes.
When do I need to pay for portraits?
Payment is due on Portrait Day. Please plan to have the full correct amount.
Checks, Money Orders and Cash are accepted. All prices include
Massachusetts sales tax. Checks can made out to Sally Bowen Photography.
There is a $30 fee for any check that is returned by your bank.
Unpaid portrait orders are not processed.
Can siblings be photographed together?
Yes! Siblings and buddy shots are welcome. You simply need to fill out a form for each
photograph. If siblings are taking individuals too you would need a form for
each of those and one for the portrait together.
My dancer is wearing two costumes. Can I split the package between them?
Unfortunately we do not allow packages to be split between two costumes. This leads to
too much confusion for our staff. Each costume must have a separate order form.
How are poses decided and how many are taken?
We work with your Bridget’s Dance Studio staff to decide the best pose for your
dancer. Multiple images are taken to capture your dancer’s best expression.
What if I don’t like my dancer’s portraits?
We offer %100 Satisfaction Guarantee on all portrait packages. If in the unlikely event
you do not like the portraits you may return the package within 30 days for a full
refund.
When will my portraits be delivered?
Portraits will be delivered to Bridget’s Dance Studio for you to pick up in approximately
4 weeks. We do our best to deliver your portraits as soon as possible.
